• Account / game identity — Minecraft UUID, display name, and server connection metadata required for voice sessions.
• Usage information — Minecraft version, Fabric loader version, mod version, language, timezone, and feature usage needed to keep the mod compatible and stable.
• Technical information — IP address, browser type, device/OS details, and diagnostic logs for connectivity and abuse prevention.
• Support information — content you send when asking for help.
• Website analytics — aggregated page views and performance metrics on voxcraft pages.

We do not require a separate VoxCraft account for basic mod use. We do not ask for your Microsoft password.

2. How we use information

• Operate proximity voice and spatial audio features
• Distribute downloads and show version compatibility
• Diagnose crashes, lag, and connection issues
• Protect the Service against abuse and fraud
• Improve performance, clarity, and craft-world presence
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations when required

3. Voice & proximity chat

VoxCraft processes live microphone audio so nearby players can hear you in the world. Audio is streamed for real-time communication.

We do not record or store voice conversations by default. Server operators may configure their own infrastructure differently; check your server’s rules if you need extra certainty.

4. Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data only when:

• Needed by infrastructure providers that host the website or relay voice packets (under contractual limits)
• Required by law, court order, or to protect safety and rights
• Part of a business transfer (merger, sale), with continued protection where possible
• You ask us to share it

Aggregated or anonymized statistics may be used to understand how the Service performs.

5. Cookies & tracking

The website may use cookies or local storage for language preference, basic analytics, and security. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may limit some site features (for example, remembering your language).

6. Storage & retention

Information may be processed on servers in the country where you play or where our hosting providers operate. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, improve reliability, and meet legal requirements. Aggregated analytics may be kept longer in anonymized form.

VoxCraft is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Use VoxCraft and share information at your own risk, and keep your Minecraft account secure.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
